Your guide

City guide Claas

My name is Claas Gnauck, and I love showing people around my hometown. I grew up in Berlin-Kreuzberg, and after various stages in my life, I stumbled across a newspaper advertisement in 2007 that there were still places available on a tour guide training course.

And so I found what I would now call my vocation and began the training, which I then completed with the DIN-EN certificate, the quality seal of the Federal Association of Tour Guides in Germany.

Many Berliners now know me as 'City Guide Claas' - thanks mainly to Berliner Rundfunk 91.4, for whom I have been telling little Berlin stories and anecdotes every weekday since 2016 - true to the motto: Berlin for Berliners.
