Welcome to our tour "In the footsteps of the Wall"! We start at the imposing "New Synagogue" in Oranienburger Straße, an impressive testimony to Jewish culture in Berlin.
You will immerse yourself in the moving history of the division of Germany and discover the remains of the Berlin Wall, which once divided the city into East and West. You will learn about the unimaginable reality of the Cold War and how the Wall was used as an effective tool to prevent people from escaping. At the memorial site, you can see the remains of the Berlin Wall up close and learn, among other things, about the fates that took place here.
