The Reich Aviation Ministry (RLM) was a ministry in the German Reich that was responsible for the aviation industry and the air force during the Second World War. It was founded in 1933 and was one of the most important ministries in the National Socialist regime. The Reich Aviation Ministry was located in Berlin and was an imposing building designed by the architects Ernst Sagebiel and Paul Troost. The building had an area of around 140,000 square meters and was one of the largest buildings in the city. It was badly damaged during the war and demolished after the war. Today, there is a park on the site of the former building, which commemorates the building and serves as a memorial against the war and for peace.
