Victory column
The Victory Column is a historical monument in the heart of Berlin that was originally erected to celebrate Prussian victories in the 19th century. The 67 meter high column is located in the Großer Tiergarten and is crowned by the gilded statue of Victoria, the goddess of victory. As a tour guide, I recommend you visit the Victory Column to appreciate its impressive architecture and historical significance. Climb the 285 steps up to the viewing platform to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Berlin and its sights. The Victory Column offers a unique perspective of the city and its history.
